I was planning to cut down a diseased chanticleer pear tree in my backyard, and needed the stump ground and removed and the branches and debris hauled off. I called Midwest and one other company. The other company never returned my call, but Midwest got back to me right away. I sent pictures, and their bid was very reasonable, in line with my expectations, so I agreed. I asked when they could do the work, and they said, "Today or tomorrow morning." I replied that I hadn't cut down the tree yet, and asked how much extra that would cost. When they told me, I couldn't believe it - I went ahead and had them remove the tree as well. They came out the next morning with a full crew. The supervisor also recommended trimming the river birch in our front yard, which we knew was needed, so they did that as well - also for a reasonable price. They were done in a few hours, did a thorough job, and left the yard clean. I highly recommend them.

It was seemless, estimator came out, sent a quote, I approved the quote on line, they immediately sent an email with date & time they were coming and showed up at set time, with the business owner to go over project. Had them come out to do some brush cleanup initially, and had two trees removed on top of that for I price I didn't think possible.  They were out two days after my quote and did a great job with the removals and cleanup.  Will definitely use them again.
