I was planning to cut down a diseased chanticleer pear tree in my backyard, and needed the stump ground and removed and the branches and debris hauled off. I called Midwest and one other company. The other company never returned my call, but Midwest got back to me right away. I sent pictures, and their bid was very reasonable, in line with my expectations, so I agreed. I asked when they could do the work, and they said, "Today or tomorrow morning." I replied that I hadn't cut down the tree yet, and asked how much extra that would cost. When they told me, I couldn't believe it - I went ahead and had them remove the tree as well. They came out the next morning with a full crew. The supervisor also recommended trimming the river birch in our front yard, which we knew was needed, so they did that as well - also for a reasonable price. These guys are terrific! the whole team communicated very well! It was seemless, estimator came out, sent a quote, I approved the quote on line, they immediately sent an email with date & time they were coming and showed up at set time, with the business owner to go over project. Great service at a great price.  Had them come out to do some brush cleanup initially, and had two trees removed on top of that for I price I didn't think possible.  They were out two days after my quote and did a great job with the removals and cleanup.  Will definitely use them again.
