After storms, we provide emergency tree removal for fallen trees and split limbs. Our crews offer urgent tree care near Route-169, Roe Ave, and homes blocked by debris.

Tree Cutting

We use directional felling for overgrown trees near rooftops and driveways. This method also works well for land clearing projects in Mission Highlands and Bryantwood.

Stump Grinding

Our stump grinders clear out leftover stumps in compact yards across this city. This works well for renovated properties planning new gardens or replanting.

Why Choose Midwest Tree?

Why Local Property Owners Call Midwest Tree?

When you search for a tree service near you, local know-how matters most. That’s one of the reasons why local homeowners choose our tree care company.Ā

Built for Tree City Rules

Fairway holds Tree City USA status, with clear rules on tree removal and replacement. As your local arborist, we follow these standards on every property.

Ready for Local Tree Conditions

We know clay-heavy soil and hot summers stress roots and weaken trees over time. We adjust our care to fit these conditions and keep trees strong through tough seasons.

Careful Work in Tight Lots

Many homes in neighborhoods like Reinhardt Estates and Bryantwood sit close together with shared property lines. Our crews work around fences, driveways, and neighboring yards to avoid disputes.

Canopy-First Tree Care

This city’s older neighborhoods carry decades of canopy growth worth protecting. We focus on pruning that keeps healthy trees standing longer.

Fast Storm Response

Kansas storms can drop limbs on homes, driveways, and business lots fast. That’s why our crews respond faster across residential streets and commercial areas near US-169.

Trusted Near Local Landmarks

We’ve worked near Fairway Creamery, Neale R. Peterson Park, and Old Mission United Methodist Church. This experience helps us work near busy roads and public spaces.

How Our Services Benefit Your Property

How We Complete Tree Maintenance Across Fairway Properties

Midwest Tree ensures every job starts with a clear plan based on your property and tree conditions. We follow steps built for this city’s soil, lots, and street layouts.

Tree and Property Assessment

Our arborist and crew check tree health, root structure, and nearby structures first. Homes in Fieldston and Reinhardt Estates often need extra care for older root systems.

Planning for Soil and Access

Clay-heavy soil and narrow driveways shape how we plan equipment access. We map the safest route for trucks and gear before work begins.

Safety Setup for Tight Streets

Many local streets sit close to homes and HOA-managed properties. We set up clear work zones to protect sidewalks, lawns, and parked cars.

Tree Work Execution

We use cranes and rigging for large trees near rooftops or power lines. This keeps cuts controlled and limits stress on nearby branches.

Careful Limb and Debris Removal

Crews lower limbs section by section to avoid damage to fences or gardens. This method works well in tight yards across Mission Highlands and Bryantwood.

Site Cleanup and Final Check

We clear branches, logs, and debris from yards and commercial frontage after completing the work. A final walkthrough confirms your property looks exactly the way you wanted.

They did nothing to protect the grass is my backyard. While cutting down the tree across the street from us they knocked branches on my tree and said nothing to me.

I was planning to cut down a diseased chanticleer pear tree in my backyard, and needed the stump ground and removed and the branches and debris hauled off. I called Midwest and one other company. The other company never returned my call, but Midwest got back to me right away. I sent pictures, and their bid was very reasonable, in line with my expectations, so I agreed. I asked when they could do the work, and they said, "Today or tomorrow morning." I replied that I hadn't cut down the tree yet, and asked how much extra that would cost. When they told me, I couldn't believe it - I went ahead and had them remove the tree as well. They came out the next morning with a full crew. The supervisor also recommended trimming the river birch in our front yard, which we knew was needed, so they did that as well - also for a reasonable price. They were done in a few hours, did a thorough job, and left the yard clean. I highly recommend them.

Great service at a great price. Had them come out to do some brush cleanup initially, and had two trees removed on top of that for I price I didn't think possible. They were out two days after my quote and did a great job with the removals and cleanup. Will definitely use them again.
